Has anyone done the Scuba excursion in Nassau?

I'm interested in what time it starts and how long it lasts.

We are scheduled for the Dolphin Swim and I'm trying to figure out if we can work in the Scuba excursion.

According to Disney's website, the excursion begins at 9 a.m. and lasts for 3 hours.

Can anyone tell me, if the Scuba excursion starts at 9:00am for 3 hours, will we be back on the ship by noon?

Our Dolphin Swim is for 1:30 and we need to be at the Paradise Island terminal by 1:00.

Is this cutting things too close????
