How do I sell my DH on another trip?

Arghh!!! DH is telling me no trip this summer. I've been looking at airfare, calling MS for dates and DH says "no." Grrr...

It would be our 3rd trip in 11.5 months, but geesh! I'm just trying to get our money's worth out of those AP's.:rolleyes1 And, what good is a DVC membership if I can't use every single point available to me ... as soon as it is available!:lmao:

I'd guess you need to ask why he doesn't want to go back over the summer. If it's because it's hot and crowded, there's not much you can do to change that.

I'm one who doesn't like going to Disney (or any major attraction) in the summer. Far too hassle with all the school refugees floating about.

But there are some good things you can do over the summer: late night EMHs when the weather is actually suited for 2am rides down Splash Mountain; lounging by the pool mid-day; a night-time luau at the Poly and walk along the beach; pretty much any activity at Fort Wilderness.

Golf probably is only enjoyable in the early morning. Fishing or the water sports could be fun though.

Or you can compromise and plan a trip for early June or late August when the kiddies are back in school but it's still summer.

Third trip in less than a year? Is it possible that your husband feels DVC is devouring his chance to travel to other wonderful destinations?

My husband will not go in the Summer! Is there another time? I love to go, I have to pick Spring, Fall and early Dec.
