I have flight insurance through Air Tran but need medical and whaterver else I am supposed to have-

What do we need and who do you use?

There are several threads on this topic.

Health insurance is available through almost any bank but we use the CAA. Their members rate is about 10-20% cheaper than the equivalent bank rate and the policy is they pay up front versus you pay and get reimbursed.

If you have a company health insurance they often quietly cover medical outside of Canada but there are limitations and do you want to use up your employee life time limits or shift it off to an outside carrier for the personal vacation.
