My Parents will be travelling with us next year and Dad won't come without his small dog Tia...So now I have to find a place that takes pets and will suit the whole family...

Are there any others?

Thanks

with RCI no.

II has one - Summerfield Condo resort

It is far enough away from WDW that it is probably not even worth looking at.

Kinda of crazy that it's the only one...I guess we won't have a choice.

With all the people who love their pets, I think Disney should have a least one resort where you can bring your pet...At least some of the RCI resorts should get with the times.

We own a motel and chalet property and we allow dogs...We must just be better.:rolleyes1

there is a much cheaper choice - closer to Disney (only about a mile)

haven't stayed there yet - but at those prices just might sometime.

Dad would not do a motel. For him, it's a condo with full kitchen or nothing. He hates restaurants and wants a home cooked meal each night but thanks for the suggestion.

It's looking like December or January...Not sure yet. It's hard to get 8 people to agree.

I personally am glad that most timeshares do not allow pets. It is not that I dislike pets (dogs) it is that they dislike me. I am highly allergic and suffer from allergic )asthma) attacks if I am in a place that has had or has a dog or other fur bearing animal. I know people will say that they vaccuum and clean and some are non allergic but trust me the dander is still there for those of us that have severe allergy. Some of the worst reactions I have had are from friends non allergic dogs. I do not stay at hotel chains that allow pets either. I really wish I wasn't so allergic as I would love to have a dog.

Well, most places like ours allow pets only in certain units and any guests can ask for Non-Pet room and I can guarantee that a pet has never been in that room

I read somewhere that Celebration Resort only allows pets in certain buildings. I think this is a great system.

forgot this thing.

http://www.onfreewheels.com/ - RV that allows pet and will setup at FW.

someone here was saying how wonderful it is.

then you would be on Disney property at FW campground.
