Has anyone else read the book "Kingdom Keepers" by Ridley Pearson? I'm reading it now..and there was something that caught my eye...

When the main character logs into his "room" in the Virtual Magic Kingdom, he had furnished the room with two lime green couches! The girl with him said "What's with the color of those couches?", and he replied "What? I like them."

Coincidence?! :rotfl:

Wow! That definitely sounds like a reference to the DIS. I have to see that book! I'll bet Ridley Pearson is a DISer!! :thumbsup2

It seemed kinda funny to me, because he is a well-known established Sci Fi author! Maybe he has a child who is a DISer?!?

Awesome! I'd love to read that book.
I hope the author is a DISer..or knows of us and our lime green color. :)

I'm sure that when he was preparing to write the book, he must have done tons and tons of research- and certainly could have become a disser just for that reason! I loved the book, and had heard that there might be a sequel..... still waiting for it.
BTW, if you read the book, then take a trip to Disney, it will creep you out to go on IASW!!!

I loved it too! Had a really difficult time putting it down..esp towards the end.

Don't think I'll ever go on any of the rides mentioned in the book at nighttime! Creepy!! :eek: :scared1:

The sequel is supposed to be out this summer... :confused3

That's so funny...I just finished this book and wondered why is is never mentioned on the DISboards. Was anyone else creeped out at the thought of the dolls on IASW biting you?
