I have to add that I did really like #1 too because you can see both your faces so clearly, but I just couldn't get over the elephant in the background!LOL
I also have to ask, was that bouquet 50lbs!! I have never seen anything so big and beautiful but I know how heavy that can be. Was it bothersome? How many roses were there?

thank you ladies for all of your input...we ordered picture #2 from snapfish, i made it black and white for note cards and i'm anxiously awaiting their arrival so i can get them done with already!!!!!!!

i liked pic #6 better but when i showed it to mark he didn't like it...oh well! i can't wait to get the rest of his pictures! i'm going to make a HUGE blurb book for our wedding album and i'm going to attempt to make a renaissance album as well...

dior is my new designer, it used to be chanel because my old initials were cc, but now they're cd (not that i'm legally changing my name, but i told him i'd informally use his-compromise), so that gives me just one more excuse to buy a saddle bag :woohoo:

Immediately when I saw Caryn that morning I got nervous. How do I match that? Then I realized that I couldn't and I really didn't want to. Being the middle child (you can just call me Jan) I've followed Caryn my whole life... so I always try to be different (I was the bad one, coming home with tattoos and things :scared1: ) The best thing about Caryn's wedding was that it was BEAUTIFUL, but also not what we wanted. So we can be different without really having to try. There will be some things I'll keep (the pink crinnie, because it's already dyed!!!) but most things will be different.

I am thinking about doing this, but I only have 1 week left until I leave :scared1: The video is beautiful too, did you have 1 or 2 camera coverage? They got some really cool angles in their shots, so I was wondering if there was only one camera person (I work in TV ;) )

i can't wait for lindsay's wedding. it'll be great to witness those 2 kids get married and i've never been in a wedding, so this should be fun! one of the other bm's and i are already planning things AND i'm going to try dresses on this weekend!

Immediately when I saw Caryn that morning I got nervous. How do I match that? Then I realized that I couldn't and I really didn't want to. Being the middle child (you can just call me Jan) I've followed Caryn my whole life... so I always try to be different (I was the bad one, coming home with tattoos and things :scared1: ) The best thing about Caryn's wedding was that it was BEAUTIFUL, but also not what we wanted. So we can be different without really having to try. There will be some things I'll keep (the pink crinnie, because it's already dyed!!!) but most things will be different.

Hi again, Disney brides!

We just received the link to Randy's pictures of Caryn & Mark's wedding and they are wonderful. Caryn was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen. And as Mark's mom, I can say without any prejudice that he made one gorgeous groom.

Caryn commented awhile back on his resemblence to a couple of movie stars. When he was a lifeguard in the Disney College Program, some of of the female guests at the resort where he worked told him he looked like Tom Cruise. Maybe in profile, but if you lived with him like his parents - and saw his room (not a pretty picture!) - you'd have a hard time believing that!

Now we are looking forward to Caryn's sister, Lindsay, getting married. We met her fiance, Chris, at the wedding, and totally approve. We can't wait for April '09 to return to Disney World for another wedding. Go for it, Lindsay! This is YOUR wedding - do it your way. You are a delightful person, and so is Chris (as I think I told you several times at Caryn's wedding!). We are looking forward to being there, so you'd better invite us.:lmao:

ok, here's my process...it was slightly painful, but worth it in the end.

1. i sorted through thousands of pictures to decide what was album worthy...

2. i picked out an album and matte's from http://tyndellphotographic.com/renLIB8746OSalbum.html

3. when they all came in, i figured out which pics i wanted in which matte's and in what order. (this was the painful part, it took months)

4. i ordered the pictures from mpix after figuring out what sizes i needed of each print.

5. when they came in, i used photo corners (a nightmare) and scrapbook tape to attach them to the matte's, then i slipped them in the book pages and voila-instant wedding album!

i also have another one that i bought on ebay. i'm going to include pictures of our honeymoon in that one, but i'm over wedding pictures for the moment and need to work on lindsay's invitations...

Training is going really well! :cool1: I RAN for 2 miles straight last Friday without stopping or walking. This was HUGELY momentous for me. :) The Minnie was a lot of fun but we definitely did not push ourselves at all. The half-marathon is going to be a different story entirely. I am hell-bent and determined to run most of it. How is your training going? I worry about you with the heat -- are you going to the gym? How is your knee holding up?

my knees are fine, i think it was just runners knee. my lower back is the issue now. years of bad shoes have left me with bad alignment. i have to really concentrate on not bending over. i am perpetually injured...

the heat is killing me. i'm running only 2 times a week now because i can't take it. my last 5k was may 31 and it was 90 degrees at 7am. not fun. i was a mess at the end and almost passed out (but i finished :thumbsup2 ). i'm doing a lot of yoga right now until marathon training starts in 3 weeks.

if you can believe it, i signed myself up for the houston full marathon, which is 8 days after the disney 1/2...i must be nuts.

We got one through Randy (it was included in the package we got) and I thought it took a long time just sorting through and picking the pictures that I wanted included in it. I can't imagine how long it must have taken you to pull that all together :worship:

Caryn - I love the flower keepsake. My mom actually dried some of my roses that I carried and made a wreath that is hanging in my bedroom but I love your keepsake. Your album is awesome too. I love the cake pictures.

thanks disneylaura! i was afraid that if i made a wreath, or anything uncovered for that matter, my cats would destroy it...so i got my keepsake, which i love!
