Hi everyone! We are planning our FIRST WDW trip for next fall!!! :cool1:
Not even the grandparents have been! We are planning on staying at the Coronado and are planning a 7 day visit. I am looking foreward to learning more, feeling very overwhelmed at this point! I think we are gonna do the deluxe dining plan, but I am still unsure on that. Only 8 months to go!!!

Hi and welcome!

You're probably at the stage where you don't even know what to ask, right?

Take your time, scroll through the forums with a pen at your side. Jot down (or better yet, cut and paste into a word document) any tips that you think may help.

I now have a binder full of Disney info. My friend, who just booked her trip the other day, is going to be SO happy when she gets to the point where she can use it!

Start looking at restaurants and make a tentative list of which ones you might want. Keep in mind: most of the character meals are worth only 1 TS credit (with the exception of Cinderella's Castle) so they're probably a good idea.

How old are your kids?

:welcome: You're going to enjoy Coronado Springs. One tip...we never go without having hopper passes. Some will tell you it's not worth it, but it's the only way to go in my opinion.

Welcome. There are many good things that you can find on the site. I have also purchased the unofficial guides in the past to help with many of the questions that you might have. When you go in August, it will be hot but remember that it is hot in PA at that time of the year also. Enjoy your trip.

There's a PA thread over on the Community Board where we swap info...come on over & say hello! Have a great time - planning a WDW trip is part of the fun!

Welcome fellow PA people!

I have no doubt you will love your trip. WDW is the only place I have ever vacationed that I had absolutely no complaints. Well, it is the happiest place on Earth :rotfl:

I agree with the others....take your time and read, read, read.
