Here at WDW now...and it's crowded!

I'm hoping the crowds calm down soon...but I'm not that optimistic. When we checked in yesterday, the bell services rep told us that 700 people checked in that day. So far, we have experienced large crowds wherever we have gone. And...I have counted 4 Brazillian tour groups so far. I was really hoping that the parks would be less crowded this time of year.

How crowded was today? Did the wait times seem long or just the parks themselves crowded? We did this up coming week last year and it was more crowded than Sept. but the weather is so much better in Jan. The wait times were minimal but there were a lot of people to navigate around. So how have the crowds been the past few days? Hope it hasn't been too crowded. Has the weather been good? Are there still a lot of foreigners there?

WOW! I am amazed it would be more crowded than September with all that free DDP being passed around.....I guess it's a matter of getting the kids out of school in mid year vs. begining :headache:

I do hope it wasn't over crowded where you were not able to enjoy your time.:confused:
