Snowy day lends to planning

As I sit here on this snowy day I have been reflecting on my point usage for the next couple of years. With 2 trips planned 1 all set ,1 tentative I begin to think of my Oct or Nov trip 2009 with my DB's family(niece then 11, nephew then 8). This will be the 3rd trip we have taken them on. The kids liked to swim as much as or more than visiting the parks. Our 2 trips with them have been to SSR. I know that BCV would be hard to get during F&W but what about Veteran's week in Nov. The kids would love the pool. TIA

Well, you won't be planning for the time of the New Jersey's teachers convention which is November 5, 6, 2009. If you are before Thanksgiving, that would be good, too. We do own at BCV, but not enough points to bring everyone, so at 7 months out this year, I'm going to try to book another studio there for November 16 to 21. If I'm lucky enough this year, maybe you will be too, next year!

Doesn't F&W dates run through Veteran's Day? I remember trying to plan for December this year and thinking that I'd maybe move up our trip to F&W festival timeframe instead just for a change, but the dates didn't work for my work schedule. I think F&W ran through Veteran's day weekend. Someone else may know for sure. If it's the last weekend of the festival, you may not have much luck getting what you want unless you don't get there until Tuesday.
