All,

What are some things you would change / add to the DCL product to improve it?

The food --maybe it's me but I'm just a "country bumpkin".
It is way too fancy in taste--but I do love their presentation on it though. Too much Rosemary in everything--the chefs went crazy on this herb!!

I do tend to like Topsiders/Beach Blanket though but I simply Love dining in Tritons and Lumieries.

A retractable roof over the pool area for inclement weather. I know this can't be done on the existing ships, but they should definitely consider this for any new ships. Something similar to the Celebrity ships and RCCL ships. Those pool areas are magnicificent.

I think the pools should be bigger. Not nearly big enough for a full ship.

1. Add iced tea and fruit punch / lemonade at the coffee stands near the pools.

2. Prohibit "saving" lounge chairs and theater chairs.

3. Figure out some way to make soda part of the overall price without having to bring a mug every where you go. (Perhaps having a special "soda" barcode or something on your room card)

DCL should provide a way to download pictures from a digital camera and burn to a CD.

On my last cruise I took over a gig of pictures. I had to bring my own laptop.

How could I have forgotten prebook Spa & Palos. Going along with the Palo part would be to have your dining rotation included in your documents. This would be very helpful for us compulsive planners.

Mickey, two of your suggestions are already reality (or at least part of them):

>>1. Add iced tea and fruit punch / lemonade at the coffee stands near the pools.
Although fruit punch and lemonade are not offered, there is a variety of tea bags, plus hot water and ice. Add that all together and you have iced tea!

>>2. Prohibit "saving" lounge chairs and theater chairs.
This IS prohibited, or at least it says so in the Navigators. If someone was inconveniencing me by doing it, I would politely point out the prohibition to them or ask a crew member to assist me.

I would change things on a yearly basis. Menus, prizes in the kids clubs, activities in the kids clubs, shows (Disney has a wealth to choose from that are great- like Lion King from AK!).

I would also like some special cruises thrown in- change in itinery or maybe a themed cruise(7 nights)

We don't do a lot of swimming, but the pool situation isn't the best.

I LOVE most everything on DCL- these would just be some inprovements for return cruisers.
