Hi....

Our friends (family of 5) were wondering if it's possible to all stay in one room at the Caribean Beach resort? Are the rooms larger than those at the All Stars? And are there cots provided free of charge?

Thanks

Olivia

Not unless one of their kids is in a crib. A family of 5 cannot stay in one room at the all stars, caribbean, coronado springs, port orleans french quarter. the only moderate is the port orleans riverside, and they charge an extra 15/night for the trundle bed.

Hi Folks, I am not disputing what hockeymom says, but this is a wdw resort question how come they cannot order a rollaway at the car beach as the rooms are even bigger than port orleans resort. Just something I have always wondered.

Thats a good question. Even the old key west one bedroom, which is 975 sq feet, allows 4 per room. Some people claim the fire codes have something to do with it. It does not make sense to me, because if you go 1 or 2 miles outside of disney all of these hotels will allow 5 per room and they are the same size. Maybe someone else could shed some light on the reason for a maximum of 4 in most rooms.

From what I've heard, ALL value and moderates have a limit of 4 person occupancy, with a maximum of 2 children per room. The Caribbean Beach does his the biggest rooms of all the moderates, though. Your friend should call Disney directly and try to get some help. They may be able to get some sort of deal worked out. I'm sure their's isn't the only family of 5 wanting to go.
