This week was the week for my 180 ADR window, and yes, I called Disney dining already and got most, but not all of the preferred time. The surprise one was Coral Reef. There's nothing left for 7/20 for 8 people until 8:50pm. I am glad to report that Tokyo Dining is participating the DDP. The CM couldn't be more nicer. She noted that since we have DLX DDP, only our gratitudes will not be included, but be sure to order an appetizer with our meal. Many of you might already knew (I didn't) that Yak and Yeti can't be ADR with the 180 days + 10. Given that it is not a Disney owned restaurant, so the plus 10 days rule doesn't apply to them. So I have to call back this weekend. Good luck booking those ADR's.

Glad that you were able to get most of the ADRs that you wanted for your upcoming trip. We are using the DxDDp too. Thanks for the advice about Yak and Yeti. That is definatly one of the places that we would like to try this year. In past years we would just pick up a sandwich right across from the Dawa Bar. So being able to sit down in an airconditioned restaurant without having to wait in a CS line sounds like heaven to me.

Is Tokyo dining the restaurant that overlooks the lagoon upstairs. Glad you got the reservations.

We always have a party of 7 and at the Coral Reef we have to get ressies for 2 tables although they sit us at 1 large table which is really 2 boothes half circle. I don't know if that makes since but if you want an earlier time you might go with 2 tables. It has always worked for us in the past.

Yes, Tokyo Dining is the restaurant overlooking the lagoon. We will eating lunch there so the view is not a big factor to us. But last year before the change over, we had a wonderful dinner there in the middle of Illuminations. The view was simply stunning minus the audio streaming.
We didn't want to chance the idea that we will sitting too far away in Coral Reef, an 8pm dinner should be fine with us (luckily all the children are BIG TEENS) They plan to stay for the EEH at MK anyhow.
