WISH sock order?

Would anyone be interested in WISH socks? I know we tried this last year but fell way short of the 120 pair minimum. I thought with the new people we may be able to get over the hump. I'm starting the thread over because I don't know how many people from last year would still be interested.

Last year we put in an order, and I bought 2 pairs. I only use 1 pair for special races, and I sometimes train or race in the second pair. My training pair is starting to wear out, and I'd like to get more. However, since it's a custom order I would need to order 120 pairs of socks (too many for me). Would anyone out there be interested in some socks? The socks are from SockGuy would be around $6/pair + shipping. I've liked the SockGuy socks, and they've done well for me.

I seem to think I asked this before, but . . . how does the sizing run? I'm a women's 7.5 in running shoes, so would that be s/m?

OK, I updated the list to here, and got everyone. Thanks for your interest. I think the s/m are a good size for women's shoe sizes 7-10. Our teammates that have the socks might be able to speak to it.

OK, gotta ask - why the penguins?Oh, that's a great question. The penguins represent a running term that was really embraced by John Bingham who writes in Runner's World and has written "Marathoning for Mortals" which a lot of us use. It's for us people at the back of the pack that are out there doing it and enjoying the experience. We felt it symbolized the spirit of our team pretty well.

OK, I updated the list to here. Please make sure you specify what size you like. If you didn't specify, I put you down for s/m (which seemed to be the most popular size last time).

tigger2esq- I think a s/m should still fit you. My DW is a woman size 10, and I think she would wear the s/m. They do shrink if you throw them in the dryer though. I wash mine on cold and hang them to dry.

*Penguins - and I thought it was because I tend to "waddle" more than "run"

I'm not sure I'll let you know but I wanted to speak to the women in shoe size 10 - at my running store they talked me into a pair of socks - and I LOVE them - I only wear them for races (and I wore them for the wdw Half) they are a size Large - and I wouldnt want anything smaller -

Hopefully a woman that has a size 10 shoe can help.. most of the socks I wear can just miss my ankle - so I always go up a size -
