Is there a site that lists the prices for renting watercraft at the resorts? I am staying off site but would like to take advantage of this. I read where off site guests can rent these at the different resort properties. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We rented a "water mouse" (little two seated motorized watercraft) from the Poly in February 2000, and it was $20.00 for the 1/2 hour. You can stay out as long as you like (within reason ofcourse) but you'll be charged accordingly.

I recommend renting on a large body of water, like the Seven Seas Lagoon, because you can go between the Contemporary, the Poly and the Grand Floridian, it's a nice sized lake.

We were there this past Feb. and my DH and DS (who is 7) shared a watermouse for 1/2 an hour and it was $22.00. I don't know what the other costs were for other boats, but this was at the Poly and we were staying on site, not sure if it matters whether you're on or off site.

The prices are uniform per hour or per half hour through out WDW but the Grand Floridian offers a Captain's Plan is which you pay for 3 hours and get four hours on any watercraft. The best use of this plan is with the water mice. You can use the four hours any way you wish; four people, one hour each, 2 people; 2 hours each, etc.

While I was at WDW in January, I took a photo of the pricing info for water activities at the Grand Floridian’s marina. You may find the photo here: Water Sport Pricing (http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/janettwokay/vwp?.dir=/Walt+Disney+World/Grand+Floridian/Pool&.dnm=Water+Sport+Pricing.jpg&.src=ph&.view=t)

If you “click” on that photo, it will be enlarged and you can view the pricing a little easier.

(Note: Since I seem to be moving my photos around lately as I place more & more on-line, the above link may not work. In that case, here is the link to my main on-line photo albums: Janet2k's on-line photo albums (http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/janettwokay/rlst?.dir=/&.src=ph&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/bc/janettwokay/vwp%3f.dir=/Walt%2bDisney%2bWorld/Grand%2bFloridian/Pool%26.dnm=Water%2bSport%2bPricing.jpg%26.src=ph) )
