How will the extention affect resale prices at OKW?
I noticed at the TSS prices ranging from $70 to $80 a point
Is this a normal range? or are the higher priced contracts the ones with the longer term.
Also, what will Disney do with those contracts not extended in the years
between 2042 and 2055?

It is likely that none of the existing contracts currently at the resale level have the extension, as the vasrt majority o members haven't received their paperwork to either extend or deny. So the $70 vs. $80 would not be extension related.

As far as what Disney will do with those contracts...no one really knows. All OKW points for new contracts and extensions directly from Disney already include the extension. Whether 2042 will simply sell for less at resale, or if Disney will exercise ROFR on all 2042 contracts, then resell them wih the extension is unknown.
