Balboa Park

Balboa Park looks like it has a nice railroad and carousel. Does anyone know if they are open on weekdays?

They are only open on weekends, except in the summer, when they are open daily.

The railroad is a miniature railroad and the ride only takes 3 minutes. It's a neat little ride though.
