I noticed the other day the Coinstar machine at our grocery store doesn't have a service charge if you get the amount onto a gift card. One is for disneyshopping.com. Will these work at WDW or just at the website? Anyone know?
Thank you!

Just the website..and you can't use it to buy a giftcard that will work in the parks..

I'm not sure if you have a Commerce Bank near you, but their "Penny Arcade" which is the same idea as Coinstar is absolutely free, and you do not have to have an account at Commerce to use it.

Those coinstar machines have always bothered me:
"Turn your coins into cash!" - Guess what? Coins are cash!!!
Take the coins to your bank and save the huge service charge that coinstar charges

Thanks all-
Banks here require that coins be rolled and some that you put your name and address on them.(I guess in case they open it and it's full of slugs I dunno, lol) Time sprting and money on wrappers isn't all that appealing.
I wouldn't pay the service charge to use coinstar- but if you get a gift card (one was disneyshopping), there's no service fee. Might just do it for itunes cards.. can always use those for gifts for their neice/nephews...
