DS is growing up.....turning 7 in March and we want to update his room decor. Basically his room is a clean slate.....pale yellow walls, white ceiling, no trim work, wood door frame/window frame. We had put up a border before he was born but have since removed it as he was getting to old for a Pooh border ;) We/he have agreed to do a sports themed room - focusing on Patriots with a little Red Sox thrown in (his idea, not ours). So today I picked up the paint - grey, blue, red (Glidden has sports team colors and that is the color scheme we went with). Now I am undecided. I thought I wanted to do most of the room gray and accent with blue/red but now am doubting. Then I thought 2 walls gray and other 2 walls (have windows so minimal wall coverage) red and blue. Any ideas? I can't find any picture ideas out there for a kids room. :confused3

TIA:flower3:

My DS's room has 1 red wall and 3 blue walls. It isn't a sports theme, but I know you can get a fathead (fathead.com) in the logos of NFL teams and maybe even pictures of the players. (My DS has Boba Fett.) Good luck! I'd love to see pictures when it is done...

You could do 3 walls gray. On the 4th wall paint that gray too but add in large horizontal stripes in the other colors. YOu could make one of the colors a thin stripe and have the blue and gray be the larger stripes. I guess I have a thing for stripes lately, I'm planning on doing some stripes in dd's room in the next couple of weeks. :)
