We are going for a short stay after Easter. I booked a room online through WDW for POR at full price. The next day I called AAA and CRO to see if they had a better price for me. AAA said that the resort was sold out even without a discount. CRO then told me the same thing, but I can still go online and make the same reservation. Why would it show available on the website but not through CRO. I thought their systems were the same.

The website is not always correct. Last year it showed availability but when I would call they said no rooms were available. I ended up calling daily until I was fortunate enough to find a room for my dates.

On-line and calling in also have different inventory.

But it let me book an online reservation. They have my $225 to prove it!
