Has anyone heard of Paradise Cay?

Have been looking for reservations in March. We came across this listing on VRBO# 111876 and was wondering if anyone has stayed there. We like Windsor Hills but mostly booked. It says it wal built in Nov 06 so it is new but I can't find any reviews about it. I tried Trip Advisor.

I can say yes I have heard of it and saw a sales billboard on the 192 while we were over in November that is all I can say :confused3 Another few options for townhomes in a gated resort are Coral Cay and Terre Verde - both very new with I think Coral Cay being the newer :goodvibes
