Must have missed it, does anyone have the dues for BCVs? Is it the same as BWV?

When you say tax rate are you talking about the lodging/sales tax? If so it is 11% in Lake Buena Vista. Keep in mind when you stay at your DVC resort on points , you do not pay lodging/sales tax.

Or, maybe he wants to know the breakout of the dues figure into operating, capital and real estate tax? I don't think anyone has posted the breakout yet.

For BCV, the 2002 Annual Dues are

$3..0281 per point, and ad valorem taxes are $0.7400 per point, for a total of $3.7681 per point :cool:
