Does anyone know if there is a place at any of the Disney Resorts (or theme parks) that offer internet use?

You ask why....

It is because I want to check the disboards for trip reports in the Cruise forum.

After our week at the Swan, we are going on a 7 night Disney Cruise. The cruise we are going on is the 2nd running on the Western Caribbean and I would like to read all about the 1st Western cruise to get tips, etc.

Any ideas? The truth is...... I really want to check the disboards because I am addicted!! And, I'm sure I will be without my "fix", even if I am at the most magical place on earth!! I will miss all of you!!! LOL!!

I know you can pay to access the internet at Coronado Springs in the business center because I had to send a package UPS from there and saw the computer with a sign next to it. Don't remember how much it was but remember thinking it was pretty high. I would guess that resorts that have lots of conventions (Swan/Dolphin, Boardwalk) have a similar set-up.

On our last trip in November, younger DS took laptop along. At CBR there were ports in the room where he could connect. If I recall, each connection was the cost of a local call ---- but that means you need a local number for your server, which he had gotten in advance.

Also, he spent part of one day at DisneyQuest at Downtown Disney and you can access the internet there. I would imagine it's a pretty popular feature. He said they do have "limits" on what sites you can access. But he was able to check e-mail I think, so you should surely be able to check the boards.

We've never bothered to check the other resorts for access because we never bothered. I'm sure you'll be able to, as I've seen messages on different boards from people at the resorts.

Any hotel with a business center has Internet access that you pay by the hour. Those hotels would be: CS, CR, YC, BWI, GF. (I might be missing one...) On the cruise you can either pay by the minute or pay a one time fee of about $100 for unlimited access.
