Pre-paying Room bill

I am getting a little bonus check in a couple of weeks and am wondering if its possible to pre-pay the room charges. I have never done this, but it would help with my budgeting. Anyone ever done so?

You need to contact the hotel and they send you something.

As Damo said, we had to contact accounting or the hotel to get them to send us the form. It was easy. We also sent extra to go toward room charging privies. Was great getting there and having everything (room and all purchases) paid in advance.

They send you an Advance Deposit Authorisation form, tick the hotel reservation details and how much and fax it to them ,i have been doing this the last 2 years. I have the form saved on my comp if you would like me to send you a copy

Thanks for the help. I ended up calling and sending a check (yes , just sent them a check!) I got an email confirmation and a pdf copy of my folio showing the full credit balance, so I'm good!

Next payday I'm ordering tickets!
