Has anyone ever stayed there.
We are planning on staying at the one on International Drive for a few nights in Nov before we head over to the Boardwalk. Is it close to Universal???

We have stayed at the one outside DTD three times now. I highly recommend that location. Close to DTD, very clean, pretty property, rooms are large, service has always been excellent and the free breakfast is a real breakfast, not just bagels and muffins :)

We have stayed at the one in LBV and have always enjoyed it. Very clean and great breakfast. We usually stay there before we go to the BW (which we love), but we honestly miss the space at Staybridge. I also wish the BW had a better place for lunch at the pool and another location closer to the villas for coffee.

I can't help you yet, but I'll be there February 2nd-5th. I'm taking several people for a conference and will be staying in the 2BR suites.

Check back with me after then, and I'll let you know what I think. I've stayed in Staybridge Suites before and have always enjoyed my stay. I like their breakfasts better than the ones I've had at Homewood Suites (used to be one of my favorites but was replaced by SS).

As far as the location goes, it isn't far at all.

Well so far so good. Got here and couldn't check in til 4pm. The room isn't the biggest, but it will suit the 3 of us. The room is clean and we have a room right by the pool, which we are going to try in a little bit. I will update tomorrow on the pool, breakfast, etc.

I stayed there in "99 when it was called Summerfield Suites. I loved it. We had a 2 brm suite. Plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, the maid did the dishes, food was good, and the Easter Bunny came around and visited everyone during breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the pool was nice, and the hotel itself just looked very "vacationish". I'd definitely go back. :beach:

I will be checking out today and have been very satisfied. I have a 2BR/2BA suite, and it has plenty of room. The kitchen is definitely well stocked. The free breakfast is adequate (not Embassy Suites, but it will do) although it is a little crowded (plenty of seating though). They do have plenty of tables and two separate lines for the breakfast bars.

The location is excellent, and I'd definitely book it again. It's across the street from miniature golf and has lots of restaurants withing walking distance (and has an I-Ride Trolley stop right by the hotel).

The LBV location looks really nice. The rate for our dates (early Dec) is $144. for a 2bdrm suite. Can you typically get better rates than that elsewhere?

Faye -

We have less than that the last 2 Dec.'s. We have paid $105.00 for a one bedroom and $135 for a 2 bedroom. I usually make my reservations early and then watch their website pricing, when it changes I call and they have changed my rate.
