Unable to post on any other board

I have been a member since 4/01 and am having problems posting. I posted a reservation wanted on the DVC board --- it passed their screening and appeared. I answered someone anout the request and then realized that the email I had in my profile was an old one and went in to update it. I never received the confirmation email and no matter who I email in support I only get an automated reply giving me 3 FAQ's to check before writing them again. I have emailed 3-4 times a day since Monday. I really need to get this reservation made. I don't want the people who were nice enough to offer to check on and make a reservation for me to think I'm ignoring them. Is there anyone who can help get this straightened out?

I'm sorry you're having so many problems. I've been on these boards for about a year now, and just today change my email address... and am having the same problem. I guess no one should EVER change there email addresses... hope you get it straightened out though ;)

This has become an issue for many posters and We are working on it

I wish I had better new for you all

but if you could post in the thread stickied to the top of the page

so we can try to keep all those with this issue in one place that would

be helpful.

:goodvibes Unfortunately I am not a miracle worker. At this point all I can do is pass the message on to the Webmasters and ask them to help. Unfortunately you are stuck because you tried to change your email address and that requires a confirmation that was sent to you by email. Since your ISP is one blocking all DIS emails you didn't get it, so you are in limbo.

Please go and post on this thread at the top of the page: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1691328 It will make the WM's job easier if we have everyone post in one place so they can access your user profile quickly and easily to help you out.

Unfortunately it may take a few days. There are actually hundreds of people that they are trying to help right now.

I am closing this thread. We are trying to get everyone to just post on the thread at the top so we keep it all in one place.
