Ticket price increase soon???

Universal raised the one day admission by $2.00 wonder when WDW will raise the price? Do they raise the price of hoppers when they increase the price of oneday passes?

After Sea World's increase and only about 3 weeks ago, Disney said that it was not going to raise ticket prices at this time; of course Universal said the same thing and has now done otherwise. The one certain thing is that raising prices when your competitors in the area have already done so is one of the easiest corporate decisions to make. I suspect the Disney bean counters will bow to the choice that is easiest and raise prices soon. When prices go up it is across the board and thus hoppers will be included.

I am a little confused about the increases, if they would indeed happen. My question is, if the one day admission would increase by $2, would the 5 day park hopper then increase by $10 (5 days times $2) or something similar. We are looking to go in June, and will gladly buy our passes now if it will be a significant (meaning $10 or more) increase. If it is only a dollar or two on our park hoppers, then I probably wouldn' t bother. Hope this isn't too confusing:D

I think that they are going to raise the prices of the one day pass in 3 weeks. It's just a guess but, it will be in time to have the crowds for Easter. I think I am going to buy my pass now for my April trip. Anyone else have a theory they care to express?
