at any of the Universal on site hotels? I'd like to find a link that lists the different rooms and prices, but the website isn't too user friendly!

You are right, the Universal website needs a massive upgrade IMO. :(
When you say "more than 5" do you mean 2 adults and 3-4 children? How old? Knowing that might get you more replies.
Here is Royal Pacific's page on the rooms:

Their Kid's Suite might work for you. Here's the floorplan:

And their Kid's Suite floorplan:

And Portofino Bay's accomodations page:

They have other rooms besides those Kid's Suites of course, but I am not sure what you're looking for or what your price range is. :)
Also, the wdwinfo.com site has some more info (and photo galleries).

Due to fire codes, all the rooms, except some of the larger suites have a max occupancy of either 3 (King rooms) or 5 - queen rooms and kid suites.
To see all the rooms, their layouts and occupancy restrictions, go to www.universalorlando.com
Then click on the hotels tab.
Choose the hotel you want to check out.
Then click on accomodations.
Prices are not listed because they vary by season. If you need a room rate, then click on book now and go through the steps. It will tell you the rooms that are available and the rates at which they are available. To check discounts, you can use the APH code. AAA codes need to be done through the AAA website or by calling Loews.

I think you would need to call to get the rate on the hospitality suites. I really think you would be better off getting two rooms. Don't forget to join Loew's First if you aren't already a member.

I am actually working on some of our vacation plans and for whatever reason, I have, in my notes, a hospitality suite at RPR at the end of June is $754. I have NO idea where I got that figure from, but I think I actually called and asked them about that back in the fall.
Hope that gives you an idea.... you could actually call and ask them if it's cheaper to get that OR 2 rooms....
