AKV room view clarification

I got my new planner today and have been checking it out. Love the new cover....

Anyhow, what's new to me, is all the different points that the AKV has. I've never even been to this resort (I plan to to tour it in March).

Can anyone describe each of the types of rooms' views?

Value, Standard, Savanna, Kilimanjaro Club Concierge...

value = parking lot or savannah or swimming pool

standard - swimming pool (or near it)

savannah - savannah

concierge - like the value could be anything - but I think the DVC ones are all savannah

The four booking levels are differentiated by different things:

Value: Jambo House only. Smaller rooms with views of the Sunset Savanna, pool or parking lot

Standard View: Larger rooms, possible views: pool (Jambo House), pool or parking lot (Kidani Village)

Savanna View: Larger rooms, guaranteed savanna view

Concierge: Jambo House only. Larger rooms, with views of the Sunset Savanna or the pool (savanna view not guaranteed). Includes Concierge services and option to book Sunrise Safari and Wanyama (Sunset) Safari for additional fees.
