can you walk from the yacht & beach club to the boardwalk? If so, how long would it take?

From YC/BC it is about 2-3 min to boardwalk, 5 min to Epcot and 15 min to MGM.

We just got back from the BC a couple weeks ago, I think we walked over to the boardwalk every night. I'ts just across the bridge. about 5 min or so. depends on your pace! See, we are on the balcony of our room at the BC and you can see the BW from their:thumbsup2

It is a 1 mile loop around the walk from Boardwalk, to beach club/ yacht club to swan and dolphin.

If you want to go from lobby of the beach club to the lobby of the boardwalk, it is directly accross the lake, and would be a 1/2 mile walk. So 5-8 mins is about normal. 15 mins to MGM fron t gate, and 5-8 to EPCOT international gateway.

Unless you are my in-laws. It honestly took them FOUR HOURS to walk around Crescent Lake. Every flower had to be looked at. Every tree identified. Every bird or duck had its picture taken. The view from the gazebo towards the Boardwalk had to be appreciated. They had to stop and watch people rent surrey bikes. They never entered any resort lobby. Just walked outside. For FOUR HOURS! I wasn't with them because if I were, I probably wouldn't have them as in-laws anymore.:rotfl2:

It really depends on where your room is located. We stayed at BC during the summer and it took us 2 minutes to get to Epcot and about 3 to get to the ESPN club. We were on the end of BC by the bridge to Epcot which is exactly what I had requested and were so close to Epcot that we could leave the glass door open and listen to the music from Epcot. Quite relaxing!!
