I've just tried to book on the disney site and it has rejected my card.

I know there is no problem with it and there is ample funds in the account. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Also do you know what time the phone line is open till as I will try and phone up when the kids are in bed later.

Thanks.

I phoned up in a rush when the kids were in the bath (still a secret from them!)

I didn't realise I would be phoning America - a very nice lady from california who was asking if it was raining here as it is very sunny there!!

Anyway I booked on the phone and paid 10% deposit. She then gave me a booking confirmation number and that was that! She said something about putting a timer on my card so the balance would be taken out on 20th March:confused3

Does anyone know if I will receive anything in the post as all I have now is this booking number I'm trying to file in a safe place:eek:

We didn't get anything in the post this time. We just got an e-mail with the booking number. When we got there, we simply just gave them the number at the check in desk and that was it. No problems at all!!!!

If you proved the CRO with an email you'll get sent a letter as a pdf attachment. That is all you need to get your tickets and booking sorted at reception at the hotel :)
