View Full Version : Just back - stayed at POR any questions?

We just got back the POR is all open all the mansions and all the food court. The characters came on Monday and were Goofy, white Rabit, Tweedle Dee and Dum. It was cool at night and in the morning bring pants and sweatshirts. It was great at MK for the first hour and a half- walked on SM and TM then crowded up- Cinderella surprise was great lots of characters around everywhere- like the old days LOL. Any questions- it was a blast.

No the boat was gone. The beds were fine - medium hard but I like hard beds. LOL It was awesome I love POR the best of all moderates. The slide on pool was being refurbished but we got permission to go to any pool we wanted so we headed for Y&BC one afternooon. The pool was open and so was the muddy rivers.

Welcome back and happy to hear you had a great time. POR is a beautiful resort, glad things are getting back to normal there.:)

Great to hear about the Mansions. We will be ther in June. I do have two questions: 1. Was Bob the piano player back for evening entertainment at the lounge? 2. Was the boat service to Downtown Disney open, or are they still running buses? Thank you in advance.

We are going down in June also, staying at POR, and with some

of the negative posts about this resort (our first time stay), I am

really glad to hear that you liked POR...I just wished the ferry boat

to DTD was open...Have heard some good things about it...

Anyway,,, thanks for the post...I can't hardly wait!

no boat! I think it's gone for good but the bus ran there quickly. I did not notice if Bob was there or not -sorry. bUT IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND FUN!

We're booked for PO-R in June, but our first choice was really PO-FQ. Do you know if is is open yet or not? Anyone with insight appreciated!

Did you notice if PO-FQ is open? We're booked at PO-R in May but had wanted FQ if it was reopened. Thanks!

No PO-FQ is not open, I believe they are taking reservations for the fall and don't see it opening before then. ~:(~
