Confused parktickets

Hi everyone
Iam getting a little confused, i have just read on another forum(marne le valle,tripadvisor) that park tickets cannot be purchased at our hotel (cheyenne). when i posted this question on this forum the answer was that you can. could anyone tell me if you can or not. i know we can buy them at the park entrance, but getting them at the hotel would save us a lot of queuing time, as we are going feb half term and we are expecting it to be very busy.

I know you can purchase them at the Explorers so would have thought you could also buy them at the Cheyenne. I'm sure someone will soon be along who can confirm. :)

We saw signs for park tickets at Hotel Cheyenne last summer.
There is a booking desk; not reception, that you go to :)

You'll probably be cheaper buying your park tickets in advance from the likes of attractiontix.
