DDP for 3 day/2 night stay?

It is only gonna be DBF and myself for our upcoming short trip (post friend's wedding in tampa) I've always done DDP since it's been available but have always taken longer trips...is it worth it for such a short trip?

I think it would be MORE worth it for a short trip than a long one. You probably won't mind planning where to eat for those two days (to maximize your savings) and will be able to eat it all. For long trips, by day 4 your appetite will likely go down hill and you will be skipping desserts, or snacks etc. Disney counts on those unused credits -- don't let them have 'em!

For a short stay of two nights, I'd even consider the Deluxe plan as I could stretch the credits into the third day and eat all Table Service meals, perhaps using my snack credits at breakfast.

I used it for a 2 night trip once.

Because I have DDE and the tips are no longer included in DDP, I wouldn't use it again for a trip like that.

We are on it for our 4 day 3 night (only 2 park days) trip in February: DH, DD17 and me. I love the convenience.
