Am I correct that you can win staying in The Suite at any of the 4 Park's & Water Park's ? Is it only a Morning Pick ??? or could it happen , say like 1 'O' clock or so ??????:lovestruc

The Castle Suite stay, as is true for virtually all of the prizes (can't "really" get a dream fast pass at BB or TL, after all), can be won at Epcot, AK, the Studios, MK, TL, BB, or at Downtown Disney.

They USUALLY award the Castle Stay early-ish, to give the winner time to do the paperwork, get what they'll need, etc, and still have time to take up their parade duties, etc. Is 1PM too late? Hard to tell.

When I was on the Keys to the Kingdom Tour Friday our guide, who works at the castle as night concierge for people who win, said they usually award the castle stay between 10am-2pm, so that the winners can appear in the 3pm parade. So 1pm doesn't seem to late. I can't remember what time we heard the announcement though

My parents won the castle at 12:30pm. (and then called us to join them).
