PAint SHop Pro Photo X2 has some of those actions built in, watercolor, wet water color..black and white pencil, black and white sketch

I'm pretty sure that the latest version of GIMP (2.4.2 I think) also has alot of the same scripts. I will check out the mag though. :thumbsup2
