Is Appetizer Included on the Dining Plan or Not?

I've read that an appetizer is no longer included on the DDP, but when I look up the benefits of the Deluxe package I keep reading that it includes an appetizer. I'm getting the deluxe package, will someone please tell me once and for all, will I get an appetizer or not? It's not a big deal either way, I just want to know.

Deluxe plan...yes, app is included.

Basic plan...no, app is not included and you can not sub a dessert for the app.
