I wanted to let you all know that my problem with milesource was resolved. They emailed me today and said that the reward was cancelled and my points have been credited back to my account. I checked and sure enough they were all there. I was very pleased about that. Now for my question to all of you. What would be the best way to use my reward points if I want to cash out? Is a supercertificate the best?

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: They credited the points I'd spent on that usless Hyatt GC today too! Milesource customer service rocks!
Have you gotten Rainforest Cafe gift certificates or Planet Hollywood gift certificates yet....those are the only restaurants on WDW property I know of you can get cash supercertificates in for. Or, there's a Dillard's here in Lexington I might get some sandles or tennis shoes for the trip...I can cash out my supercert for Dillards.

More wonderful news with Milesource!! Glad to see they come through for you all! :)
I agree about the Planet Hollywood or Rainforest Cafe GC's...that is what I would get anyway! :)

Glad to hear the good news. :D
I always cash out for Supercertificates and redeem them for restaurant GC's. Sometimes I get them for places we can use at home, although last year on Valentines Day we used one of our Rainforest GC's at a local Rainforest & pretended we were at WDW! It worked until we left the restaurant & went out into the snow. :D

I have no idea ~ I did tell them that I felt they were using false advertising. Perhaps if you send another email and tell them you are going to the BBB or a local newstations consumer reporter about them or tell them if you don't get a response you'll email all of their sponsors and tell them about the problem you're having?
I know my mom has had trouble getting responses from them as well, not sure why I lucked out.
