NY - BCV add-on question

I'll be going down to WDW next week w/o dh. It'll be a girls only trip - taking my 3 year old dd and meeting my aunt Mamie (also DVC owner) with 4 of her girls.

Probably will check out BCV while we're down there. Since, DVC can't sell in NYS, if we decide to add-on, can I do it while down there w/o dh?

I'm guessing it might be a problem since both our name are on the contract? Maybe I can FedEx it to him to sign? Unless, they need it notarized (and the notary is in NYS)?

Sleepy, I looked into this last month while I was at WDW solo. My DH was not with me, and since his name, too, is on the contract, there was nothing I could do.
I'm back in NY now, trying to be patient...:rolleyes:
