Hello.

We have a July reservation for a 2BR savannah view Villa in the AK, Jambo House. Will we have a view of the savannah or are we going to see construction all the time?

It will depend upon which savanna your villa ends up being on. If it is on the Arusha savanna then I don't think that you will see construction unless (maybe) you are way down the end. If you are on the Sunset Savannah, then I think that you could probably see the construction of Kidani. If you overlook the Uzima savannah, then you won't see any construction.

Updated: I just looked at the map on allearsnet AKL Map (http://allearsnet.com/acc/aklmap.jpg) and based up this map, you will only see construction if your villa is on the Sunset savanna.

Yes. Construction is in the distance, the savannah is up close and personal. I wouldn't worry about it. Request Arusha savannah view and see what happens.
