i went to resort maps and couldn't find one.

No need to leave the DIS.
Here's a link to the DIS page about AKL, (http://www.wdwinfo.com/aklodge/index.htm) including descriptions, pictures and a link to the map.
You can find the link to the AKL page on the Resorts page. The DIS page that has links to all the maps on it just doesn't have the AKL map link yet.
