Does anyone do tip envelopes for dining?

I posted a question about whether anyone uses tip envelopes for TS restaurants, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Was wondering if any of you more "creative types" have done this or have any links to any envelope ideas. Thanks.

I'm slowly adding new tip envelopes based on the requests above. I am unable to locate a 1900 Park Fare image that I find suitable for a background, so I've done this general Cinderella/Step Sisters envelope....more to come later...

I decided not to make envelopes since I'm charging everything back to my room, but I printed them out on cardstock and cut them out. I'll just put them into the check presenter with the signed charge slip. I've already put all my spending money onto gift cards (less chance I'll spend it or pay bills with it that way)

Is it the safari one? Wasn't sure b/c it didn't have "Tusker House" on it? Sorry 'bout that...I have a question about the dining plan and tipping. This will be our first trip and I read somewhere that the tipping isn't included in the dining plan anymore...how do you know how much to tip? Do they give you an actual bill and you just present your dining card so that you can see that actual amount of your bil to be able to tip the 20-25%, or do you just guestimate? TIA

I just went through the thread and copied each one that we needed for our upcoming trip, and I only need 1 more.

I didn't see one for the Grand Floridian Cafe, but I may have missed it.

We're eating breakfast at the GFC on our last morning, and I'd love to have a tip card for our "last" day.

WOW!!! I love this idea. I guess English people are no so inventive when it comes to tipping, and this is a nice pleasant way to tip without showing how much.
