We each had a change of clothes in our carry on bags plus our bathing suits so after we checked in we changed into cooler clothes (going from Nova Scotia in October to Orlando was quite a temperature change!) and did DTD including our first ADR.
We rented a locker to put sweaters we thought we would need in the evening.

Candid we are doing the same thing. We are leaving Buffalo in March and depending on the weather were wearing trackpants and t-shirt with a sweatshirt on the plane. Were putting a pair of shorts to match in our carry on so when we get to the resort ,we can change into the shorts and then head to DTD for the rest of the day and do our first ADR there. First time flying for us so we will learn from experience.:yay: :yay:

We have a similar issue in this upcoming trip. We land around 1:30ish and plan to spend the afternoon at DTD with dinner reservations at California Grill that evening. I really like to wear comfy sweat like pants on the plane but can't wear that to California Grill. So now we have to decide do we just dress nicely on the plane and stay dressed that way or take a small bag with a change of clothes! Thank god I am completely OCD with my planning and will worry about it from every angle before I reach a final decision. :rotfl:

I would dress comfortably for the plane and take a crush resistant change of clothes in your carry-on.
