If anyone has a recommendation for a house that they have stayed at that would hold 12 people (6 adults & 6 kids including 1 baby) please let me know. I would like it in Windsor Hill since I have read so many great things about everything there but anywhere close to Disney would be good. Thanks for any help.

We stayed at this 6 bedroom one in Nov. There's a queen bedroom downstairs and 2 kings upstairs along with a princess room with 2 twin beds, a mickey room with 2 twin beds, a pooh room with 2 double beds and a full size crib. It's licensed for 14 people. We didn't have any problems or complaints. We had the pool heated and it was almost too warm, anywhere from 87 - 95 F.

She also has this one in WH with 4 adult rooms and two kids rooms.

Although it's not in Winsor Hills, Emerald Island resort is VERY close to WDW (especially with the Sharberth Rd shortcut) and this house is worth it.

We just stayed at this 6BR pool home in January and it was WONDERFUL. http://disneyvacahome.com/ It has 2 master's suites with jacuzzi tubs, 2 queen bed rooms and 2 twin rooms as well as a good sized pool and separate spa. The owner Deb is a member of the DIS which is how I found her home. Everything you could possibly need was there from a blender and corkscrew to beachtowels to guide books to video games to extra pillows and a cot. This home converted me to an off-site fan!
