DDP & room service

I'm curious how room service works with the DDP. Is it the standard appetizer, entree, dessert & drink for lunch/dinner, same as at a TS restaurant?

I may be wrong on this, but I don't think you can use your credits to get room-service? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. We've done the dining plan many times, & I've never seen anything about room service.

I do think that I saw something about having a pizza delivered to the room when I was down there 2 weeks ago, but that's it.

You can use your credits to get room service at certain deluxe resorts. However, it costs 2 TS credits per order, per person.

The basic plan does not include an appetizer. Deluxe plan does (for lunch and dinner, not breakfast).

Thanks Nala! We're on the deluxe plan so I don't mind using 2TS credits for room service, and since I've been napping lately I think we'll be taking a few more midday breaks than I'd originally planned. :lmao: I'm glad to hear appetizers are included, though, because the apps on WL's in-room dining menu look really good.

I found something that said appetizers were included last year, so I'd guess they are for deluxe plan people. I would tell them you are using the deluxe plan when you call.
