I am hoping to be a July Poper! I do have a reservation for June 30-July 5, but some stuff has been going on with my family, so I am not sure if I will actually be able to keep it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

The paper chain is made of red rings and every 10th ring has a Black Mickey head glued to it. I draped it over our antique secretary ( a piece of furniture, Not a person:rotfl: ) On the Last Ring I connected two of the regular size rings on a larger size ring to make a Mickey shape!
I found a Disney Studio's Poster and hung it up over the Upper doors of the Secretary. This is the piece of furniture That I use to display our Christmas stockings and Christmas cards and it is easily seen from all over the great room.

I haven't started packing yet either - but I have started putting aside my essentials! (Shampoo, deodorant, ponytail holders, Children's Tylenol, sunscreen, etc, etc)

Although I'm not officially packing, I have been looking over DD (and DH's) clothes to see what still fits and still looks decent, and such. DD's birthday party is this weekend, and hopefully, she'll get some cute new clothes that we can "save" for Disney!

55 more days and we're off to Disney!!! So, so, so excited!!!!!!

I have been collecting stuff for the trip and had my 2 DS try on shorts. All of my 17 yr old's are too small. We will go shopping this weekend. I think I'll go on and get out the suitcases and put the new clothes in them.

Count us in for June 28th - July 7th. Look for our windows to be decorated. We're hoping to have two side by side. We've started collecting our odds and ends, too. Ponchos weren't needed for our October, November, December, or March trips, but we'll have them ready for July.

Maybe we'll cross paths at the pools or in the food court. I'll be the one up early in the morning walking around taking pictures. I will be quiet so I won't wake you. :) When I'm not taking pictures, I'll be in Everything Pop browsing or sitting out by the kiddie pool wolfing down...I mean daintily eating cheesecake watching Brooklynn splash around. If you are there, too, just don't get my tie-dyed cheesecake wet, please!

We'll be there - Me, DH, DS15 & DS8. Last time we went was 1999 - so our youngest's first trip. My oldest son doesn't remember too much about the trip :sad1: - which is why we decided to wait until our youngest was 8 before we went again. I read all these trip reports and kind of regret not going when they were younger (and me and DH younger too!) but - we're going this summer so - that's what matters.

I just realized that tomorrow - we're down to single digits - weeks that is! 9 weeks. We'll be there 7/13 - 7/15.

For now I am packing up some of the snacks and the other little things that we picked up ahead of time like toothpaste and sunscreen etc....I cannot wait to be able to pack our bags........So what are you packing? Are you flying or driving?

How are the crowds at the parks? Is Pop crowded?

It was really crowded on the 4th of course, but I don't think it is that bad now. We always come in the summer and I would say these re normal summer crowds. Lots of tour groups from Brazil, but they seem to be more behaved this trip.

Congrats ChrisnKim913! We will be at POP 7-15 thru 7-21 but our anniversary is 7-22. we wanted to stay on our anniversary but I used AA miles for four of our five tickets and those were the dates we could get!

Glad you guys had a great time...I know its tough leaving! We leave tuesday morning at 6AM, I tried to get an earlier flight. How was the weather. I have seen a lot of rain in that area...are these just passing showers or did they linger?

I may have made a mistake by not gettin the preferred room but I thought I would save money since we have 5 people and two rooms. I actually tried to get a preferred room but it did not show any available. Did you get a preferred room and if not where was your room.

Just got back...Pop was great as usual. this was our first time having the lake view room on the first floor, that was really nice..The only complaint was it rained everyday! All in all great trip!
