I know these resorts are all pretty close to DTD but which are the closest? I believe at least one of them is directly across the street from the Marketplace, right?

No it's not.
Standing at DTD looking to Hotel Blvd.........Regal Sun Resort is the first on the left side and Hilton is the first on the right side.
Doubletree is the very last resort on the right side, the farthest away.
Our stay at Hilton was great, only a few minutes walk across.
Map is a couple years old and a little creative (DTS does not sit in front of Hotel Royal) but gives you an idea....

Not even close! It's at the other end of the 'row' of DTD hotels.

Hi
I am hoping to stay in one of these hotels in October - I am a bit confused as the Regal Sun (one of my options) does not appear on the map.
Are you able to walk to DTD from the Doubletree Suites if it is even further away?
Thanks

Regal Sun is the new name of the Grosvenor. Grosvenor has not had a good reputation and is going through a major overall and they were smart in also changing it's name.
Also the Courtyard there changed over to Holiday Inn and was severely damaged in a hurricane a few years back. It is still closed. Construction goes on there at times, but in several years they still are not open.
Yes you can walk to DTS, my family did, but it is a jaunt especially if you are carrying packages back. Great resort, we enjoyed our stay there.
See if this works for you...
