Couple of ??'s Re VH Bookings

We usually book direct so I have never had to worry about this before.

But how do I make my ADR's and ME bookings without the Disney Reservation number or if I ask Virgin will they be able to give it to me??

I'm pretty sure i phoned Virgin and asked last time for the Disney ref. no. Hope that helps.

we did not need a ref for booking ADRs or ME, for ADRs we said we had booked though a UK tour operator and we were able to book and with ME I booked online and left the booking reference bit blank, I got my bus passes and labels okay for ME.

I wasn't asked for a reference number at all when I made my ADRs, although all of mine were within the 180 days.

We have always been asked for our res no. at 180 +10, which is why I don't want to get to that point and no be able to make my bookings.

Has anybody had any problems getting this out of Virgin ?

I booked my meals 180days+10 this week. We are booked with virgin holidays and when they asked for a reference number I told them that I just had the ref. from virgin holidays and they took that. I didn't contact virgin to get a special number or anything, I just gave them my booking ref. from virgin. They took this no problems.

I was asked for a ref however when I said I only had a VH as I booked through them they said fine and took the booking without a ref, I had no problems at all when going to my ADRs,.

Same here I made my ME and ADR's (at the 180 + 10 mark) without a ref number, just said I was from UK and they were fine :thumbsup2

I did originally leave the reference blank but then changed hotel so had to change the booking and they took the VH ref number.
