last minute disney hotel bookings

we're going over 4th til the 25th november, touring for the first week, then hiring a villa for the other 2 weeks.
if we decide to come back early from touring, whats the chances of getting a room at one of the disney values within a day/two days notice?

Earlier in your holiday I would have said no problem. Probably about the quitest time of year but your problem is the end of your holiday hits Thanksgiving week. I would still think you would get a room no problem, always rooms available offsite if not onsite.
