i've also used adorama and j&r....you can check resellersratings.com to check on any stores you might want to try. i also recently got 2 orders from digital foto off amazon and they and their service were really good. same with adorama, i had a question and they went out of their way to help( even if they did have that brusque brooklynees way, they were nice under neath:lmao: )

I also use beachcamera, buydig and B&H. Those are great choices.

I got my 40D from pictureline.com , they had it in stock way before the bigger online stores.

I have also made purchases from Dell.com and B+H Photo.com. Never had a problem with any of them, except for availability of certain items.

I went through amazon.com to order from Beach Camera. My hubby works in the "merchants" section of amazon, so I wanted to support his customers, and also I had the leftovers of a gift certificate so that brought it down more than ordering directly through Beach Camera.

I bought my 40D from Berger Brothers in Amityville, NY. You can order online or call them directly. Great customer service!

I've also purchased equipment from B&H, Adorama, Amazon and Norman Camera.
