The disney trivia books are great ( i have both of them)

http://www.amazon.com/Walt-Disney-World-Trivia-Book/dp/1887140638/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1199573271&sr=8-7

And just finished today was the Imagineering field guide books( only for MK, Epcot, and Ak so far)

Mk- http://www.amazon.com/Imagineering-Field-Guide-Kingdom-Disney/dp/B000ILZ68C/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1199573344&sr=1-3

Epcot- http://www.amazon.com/Imagineering-Field-Guide-Epcot-Disney/dp/B000YHQW6K/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1199573344&sr=1-2

Ak- http://www.amazon.com/Imagineering-Disneys-Animal-Kingdom-Disney/dp/1423103203/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1199573344&sr=1-1

and the Disneyland Imagineer book will be released August of 08

Remember these are just photos, I found all of these books at my local Barnes and noble in the travel section.

If you are looking for the best i would suggest the Immaineering books first.

Gook luck:thumbsup2

Take a look here for some good deals on books. Just type in Disney as a keyword search.

For books about WDW, I would start out with the anniversary coffee table books they used to put out. The 10, 15 and 20th anniversary books are all good and you can usually find them on ebay.

As for Walt Disney bios, the Bob Thomas book is a good starter followed by the Neal Gabler book.

Since The World Began is a great book on WDW. I also like the hardcover souvenir books from the 25th anniversary and the Millennium celebration.

Check out These Books:

The Disneyland Railroad (I think that's the title) by Michael Broggie.
Michael's father is Roger Broggie who was one of seminal Disney Imagineers and largely responsible for the railroads in the parks.

There's another book about the Architecture in the parks. . .I don't remember the name but search Disney+Architecture and you should get a hit. Both of these books give a comprhensive study of how the parks were built.

Happy Reading.

The Imagineering Field Guides are excellent reads. Very hard to put down once you get started. By the way, has anyone heard anything about an MGM version?
